Очень удобно расположен в хорошем районе. Приятно гулять пешком. Достопримечательности, парки и музеи все рядом. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации, у нас был ранний вылет, мы имели возможность вечером заказать такси. Отзывчивый персонал. Номер просторный, чистый. Без лоска, но комфортный.

Очень хороший отель в самом центре Мадрида. Номер чистый и тёплый. Персонал хороший. Мне все понравилось. Рекомендую.

Замечательный отель! Мы с женой проживали с 25.02.18 по 04.03.18. Очень удобно расположен - в пешей доступности от основных достопримечательностей в достаточно тихом месте. Совсем близко автобус-экспресс в аэропорт. Хорошие завтраки, рядом хорошие рестораны и супермаркеты. Доброжелательный персонал, особо отмечу фронт-менеджера Хуана Карлоса Лучано. Очень рекомендую отель для 7дневного знакомства с Мадридом.

Отличное расположение отеля: все достопримечательности рядом, вокруг много хороших ресторанов, близко находится остановка автобуса от/до аэропорта. В отеле тихо, профессиональный вежливый персонал. В номере чисто, есть мини бар, уборку делают каждый день. Одним словом, полная рекомендация этого отеля!

El hotel venía recomendado por nuestro jefe y definitivamente no defraudó. No tengo más que halagos. Excelente atención en todo sentido. Por dar un ejemplo, teníamos que hacer checkout muy temprano para tomar un tren y tuvieron la amabilidad de adelantar el horario de inicio del desayuno unos minutos para que pudieramos desayunar mas tranquilos. Muchísimas gracias a todo el staff por hacernos sentir tan cómodos y de séguro va a ser nuestra elección para la próxima estadía en Madrid

Por otra parte, esos 10€ se corresponden con el servicio de asignación de habitación exterior ya que si no se encuentra sujeto a disponibilidad y puede tener una habitacion interior, la cual segun preferencias, quiza disfrutaba menos. This is my "go to" hotel in Madrid for so many reasons. I feel so comfortable there. The staff is great and very accommodating in that I usually arrive very early. The rooms are wonderful, many with full length windows and small balconies. The bathrooms are spacious and well lit. It is in a great location on a street that is relatively quiet and easy to get to so many locations.

Personal muy amanle, excelente ubicación, cerca de todo pero no dentro de la vorágine turística. Habitación y baño amplios y muy comodos. Fue un agrado esta alli.

Situation just perfect. Quiet location although one street away from Grand Via. Comfortable and well appointed room. Relaxed and attentive breakfast provision. Friendly and helpful reception.
